These terms apply when you send a talent application or collaboration enquiry to VERA Collabs, operated by The Rivera Organization LLC. Please read them with our privacy notice.
Share what is yours to share
You must be 18 or older and have permission to submit your photo, links and other materials, including any required photographer permission. You keep your ownership rights. You give us limited permission to receive, store, format and internally review your submission and contact you about it. This is not a publicity release or permission to use your likeness or protected work in a campaign. Any such use requires a separate agreement.
Keep ideas non-confidential
Send a short overview rather than confidential concepts, trade secrets or unreleased proprietary materials. Sending an idea through this form does not create a confidentiality agreement. We still handle personal information under our privacy notice. If a discussion requires confidential information, ask us to agree to appropriate terms before sharing it.
Similar ideas and independent work
VERA and the teams we work with may already be developing, or may later independently develop, ideas, products, campaigns or collaborations similar to your submission. Sending an idea does not give you exclusivity or create an obligation to pay you. Similarity alone does not establish that we used your work or promised compensation. These terms do not transfer your intellectual property, permit infringement or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
An introduction is a starting point
We are not obligated to select, pursue, respond to or pay for a submission. Applying does not establish employment, representation, a partnership, a booking or a contract to produce or purchase work. If we move forward, scope, permissions, deliverables and any compensation must be agreed separately in writing.
Future communications are your choice
We may contact you about the application or enquiry you send. General casting notices, collaborations, seasonal drops and brand news require the separate optional email-updates choice. You may opt out at any time by replying to an email. No marketing SMS consent is collected here.
