VERA Collabs is a project within The Rivera Organization. This notice explains what happens when you introduce yourself or a brand through this site.

What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email, creative focus or brand name, an optional public portfolio or profile, and your introduction. Please do not include identification documents, financial information, health information, private photographs, or other sensitive information. Introductions are for people aged 18 and over.

How we use it

Your introduction is emailed to the VERA team at The Rivera Organization for review, replies, and consideration for relevant future projects. It does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter. Applying is free and does not guarantee selection, representation, work, or a response.

Where it goes

Our website and email service providers process information to deliver and store your introduction. The team keeps introductions in its business mailbox for review and future project matching. There is no separate public talent directory. If a specific project involves sharing your details with another brand, we will discuss that with you first.

Website operation

The site does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure processes connection information for security and delivery. Temporary submission limits use your IP address to reduce spam. Links to Instagram, public portfolios, and The Rivera Organization lead to other sites with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your introduction, or ask us to stop considering it for future opportunities. Use the contact section on The Rivera Organization website and mention VERA privacy. Any rights that apply under the law where you live are unaffected by this notice.
